RSA Important updates-Log in to Partner Portal

Starting in April, changes will be implemented in RSA ID Plus user verification when logging into the Partner Portal.

Security questions and On-Demand Authentication (ODA) will no longer be used. Users will now need to use Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) for secure login.

Supported MFA authenticators include:

  • RSA Authenticator app
  • FIDO passkey (security key, device-bound passkey)
  • Windows Hello

Users who currently have access to the Partner Portal must set up an MFA authenticator as soon as possible to avoid login issues.

Below you will find a presentation with detailed setup steps. For more information, please feel free to contact us.
