Important Changes in the RSA License Renewal Process

We would like to bring to your attention important changes in the RSA license renewal process effective this year. Please review the current license terms available at the following link.

RSA Security is transitioning to an auto-renewal process designed to ensure smooth operations and continuous security coverage without the risk of service disruption. This approach also enables better planning, more accurate forecasting, and improved visibility into customer needs.

As part of this change, an important update applies to renewals. Under RSA’s standard terms, contracts will automatically renew for an additional one-year period with the same license quantity, unless RSA receives written notice of termination or a request to reduce the number of licenses at least 90 days prior to the renewal date.

License terms for all RSA products are available on the official RSA website. Please make sure you have access to these documents; if not, do not hesitate to contact us.

Our partner and customer support teams are ready to assist you with any questions, renewal planning, or identifying additional ways RSA solutions can deliver even greater value.
